Artwork:
We can supply some basic artwork at no charge. We must charge for custom artwork that requires time to produce something to your liking, the more input/artwork/files would reduce the time/cost of the project.
Payment:
No 30 day terms available.
We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards.
We require payment in full before printing.
There is a $25.00 fee for any returned payments.
Shipping:
We ship large orders UPS and small orders USPS. Shipping fee is determined based on the weight of your order and will be provided at the time orders are placed if shipping is required.
Turn-Around:
Our typical turn around time is 2 weeks from payment ( except May & December ) We are no longer guaranteeing turn around times due to supply chain issues that are beyond our control.
Returns & Restocking:
Custom decorated or altered items may not be returned. Cancelled orders are charged a restocking fee of 20% + shipping if the order is cancelled before production starts. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
