Artwork:
We can supply some basic artwork at no charge but we must charge for custom artwork that requires time to produce something to your liking. The more input, artwork and/or files that you can provide will reduce the time and cost of the project.
Payment:
30 day terms are only available for town and state agencies.
We require payment in full before printing.
We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards.
There is a $25.00 fee for any returned payments.
Shipping:
We ship large orders UPS and small orders USPS. Shipping fee is determined based on the weight of your order and will be provided at the time orders are placed if shipping is required.
Turn-Around:
Our typical turn around time is 2 weeks from payment; but there are exceptions with shipping or stock that may push the date later. If you need your order by a certain date, please give time for the exceptions.
During the months of May & December our turnaround times are 3 weeks from payment. Christmas orders are not guaranteed if orders are not placed by November 30th.
Returns & Restocking:
Custom decorated or altered items may not be returned. Cancelled orders are charged a restocking fee of 20% + shipping if the order is cancelled before production starts. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
